Grateful: I learnt and made 3 new dishes within the week. They're Beef, Beans Sprouts with Seasame Sauce, Mixed Peas Veggi Soup and Dumpling with Soup. The first two are delicious! The dumplings not so good, will have to change the ingredients next time.              感恩：我學會了3個新的菜。他們是芝麻醬牛肉，營養雜菜湯和上湯水餃 。前兩個好好吃！餃子不太好，下一次會改它的成分。 Grateful: I finished reading Interworld! Grateful for the dim sum dinner Mr. C and I had. We're in Tai Wai looking for a new place to eat then we came across a really old dim sum place 裕富小廚 with lots of people inside. We decided to give it a try and it is delicious! Will go back for sure! 感恩: C先生和我在大圍找到一個新的地方吃點心晚飯，裕富小廚, 有好多人，點心好好吃！肯定會回去！ Grateful for the wonderful book InterWorld . Just finished reading it. I love Hue~  感恩: 剛剛讀完 InterWorld 。我愛Hue 〜 Grateful for the pen refills, ink pad, sketchbook and a new book I got from a local bookstore. They were having a 20% off sale for members! I'm happy to say that I broke my rule about not getting a new book coz it is a book that I would love to read. It is The Happiness Advantage: The Seven Principles of Positive Psychology That Fuel Success and Performance at Work ! :D Already finished chapter 1 of the book, will do a post on it later on. 感恩: 我從樓下的書店買了筆芯，印台，寫生簿和一本新書。他們有一個8折的會員折扣銷售！我很高興買了一本新書，The Happiness Advantage: The Seven Principles of Positive Psychology That Fuel Success and Performance at Work 已經完成了這本書的第1章，稍後會寫一個關於它的博客文章。 Grateful for all the love and opportunities around us. Grateful for the new dishes I learnt to cook. Well Mr. C is even more grateful about this than I am.... :D 感恩 ~ 我學會了做新菜。  Grateful that I have finally finished reading The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. I have not read a good fiction for years mainly because I read more "instructional books" nowadays and that I have long decided to finish reading all the books that I have at home before buying any new books. I will try to get the next two books of the series from a library sometime in 2014. 感恩 ~ 我終於讀完龍紋身的女孩。我沒有讀好的小說多年，主要是因為現在我讀了更多的“instructional 的書”和我很早就決定要看完家裡所有的書，才買的新的。 Grateful for the watercolor kit#2 that I made recently. I put together the 1st kit in 2013 but due to the limited color options available at the local art supplies stores I was not able to get as much colors in the kit as I would like. After reading what some other people do online, I decided to make one using watercolor tubes instead of pre-made pans. Grateful for the nice weather we're having here in Hong Kong. The weather is cooling down. It is now around 30~29 degree C here. We got to around 35 degree on summer days so it is nice to have cooler days. Grateful for the beautiful roof garden we have. Even though it is hot to work in the garden it is somehow very relaxing. Grateful for all the beauties around us, everywhere I look I see beautiful colours and people. Grateful for the books That I finished reading during the summer and am reading right now. Grateful that I finally got to visit the Donguri Republic at LCX, TST Hong Kong. It is a store that has character goods from Studio Ghibli films. One of my all time favourite films is My Neighbor Totoro. So you can imagine how excited I am about having a Donguri Republic in Hong Kong! :D Grateful that I have time to visit Cotton On store in TST and got a few t-shirts and a kitty cat notebook from TYPO. (They're having a sale and I really need to get a few new t-shirts. ) Grateful for all the love and opportunities around us. Take Care!

Grateful for the nice sunny weather we're having here in HK. The roof garden is doing very well! (The above photo shows the growth of our little flower. ) Grateful for the nice 30DGJ notebook that I'm using. Will see if I get any major goals done by the end of August. Grateful for our movie time. Mr. C, Dee and I went to watch Monster University 2. I think it is amazing and especially great for young kids. I have not watched the first one so I'm very impressed by how determined Mike is. He gives everything he has to go after his dream of becoming a scarer . Grateful for the stickers and cute memos I got on Sunday after getting some craft supplies. Going to use them in my planner and journals. Grateful for the beautiful water colour kit I made. :D Grateful for the delicious salad we had with the cucumbers from our roof garden. Grateful for all the love and opportunities around us. Grateful for the time we spent with Mr.C's family at the Chinese University campus. It was a beautiful day. (All of the above photos were taken there.) Grateful for the cucumbers that we got from our roof garden. They became part of our healthy salad dinners. We just got a pot of eggplants, so photos of them will be poupping up in this blog. :D Grateful for the all the feedbacks I got from Dee about the notebook I made for her. Grateful for the 3d max class I'm taking now, it makes me realize how little I actually know about the software and the exercises I have to do to catch up. Grateful for the wonderful book that I'm reading, Losing My Virginity: How I Survived, Had Fun, and Made a Fortune Doing Business My Way. I'm almost done with this. It is an absolutely great read! I only knew that he is the founder of Virgin, but I have no idea how "crazy" (in a great way!) and inspirational he is. He talks about how he started with publishing a student newspaper to setting up a number of different businesses and go on to setting up a group of Elders to help with various world issues. It is a long read, around 600 pages but well worth the time to read it. Grateful for the delicious dinner we had at Chan Kun Kee with Diana and Mr. C. Grateful for the new pouch that I made. It is definitely one of a kind! :D  Grateful for the nice sunny weather we're having here in Hong Kong. Grateful for all the love and opportunities around us.

Grateful for the nice weather we're having. With plenty of sunshine and rain, our roof garden is doing very well! See our cucumber and pineapple! :D Grateful for the delicious salads that we made and ate at home for the past few weeks. We have been eating a lot more veggies. :) Grateful for the 2 books that I have read in June. : $100 Startup, and In the Night Garden. l love these 2 books. Grateful for the nice sunny weather we had during the weekend. Mr. C and I walked along the Shing Mun River to Ma On Shan. Grateful for a delicious lunch we had at the Chinese University during the weekend. The photos are taken during our stay there.   Grateful for my little handy cellphone. I got the new cellphone a few months ago, now I only have to take the phone and wallet with me to take photos and go online. (I was holding back to get a monthly plan that let me go online without charging me a ridiculous amount of money. Now I'm using a plan that is only a few bucks more than my old plan.) Grateful for the new Font class and the exercise class that I'm attending. Grateful for all the love and opportunities around us. Take Care :D

Grateful for nice summer weather we're having here in Hong Kong. With plenty of sunshine and rain. Grateful for the growing roof garden. Mr. C is really into gardening. We bought a few more pots for the garden and a pot of tomato for me. I just love tomato! :D Grateful for finishing 2 more graphic design classes. I'm almost done with this graphic design certificate! 4 more classes to go then I can apply for the certificate. Though I'm not sure if I want to continue it or take some interior design courses instead...I just know that I'm really into doing design. hmm Grateful for the logo design class, I'm very close to finishing my business logo design! :D Grateful for the exercise videos I found on youtube. I'm aiming at doing around 30 min of exercise everyday. I stopped exercising outdoor for a while since it has been raining alot recently. Now with the videos, I can do exercise at home. Grateful for the meditation exercise that I have been doing for a few days. I'm not exactly sure if this is a reason, but I notice that I have a clearer thinking. Grateful that we finally has some rainy days here. It is beginning to feel a lot more like a summer than spring here in Hong Kong. Grateful for the homemade fruit jam we made. We collected the berries from our roof garden to make it. It is very delicious! :D Grateful for having a roof over our heads. The landlord of our tiny tiny apartment originally asked for a rent increase of 27%! (The housing price and rent here in Hong Kong is INSANE!) We were thinking of finding another place but Mr. C negotiated with the landlord and now we're facing a rent increase of 16%... I'm just grateful that we're healthy and have a job to pay to the bill. Grateful for the Andy Warhol exhibition I went to yesterday. It is an interesting exhibition. Grateful for the craft supplies I got on discount from a local zakka store. Take CAre :D

Grateful for the beautiful flowers that Mr. C got me during the weekend at the flower market. Grateful for the nice leather book that I made recently. Finally have a nice piace to store all my mandala drawings. Grateful for the handy stamp that I got from a local bookstore. Now I can play with it to create fun messages and name cards. Grateful for the tea we enjoyed at Uchi Coffee in Tai Wai. It is a little cafe that serves tasty drinkgs. Grateful for the delicious fruit salad we made at home durin the weekend. Grateful for the nice time we had visiting the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Garden. The weather was so so nice. Grateful for the nice planner that I'm using now. (I have more than 1 planner. This one I mainly used for personal record, the other one for work related.)I cut it down to size and doodle on the cover of it and then put it into the AquaDrops notebook that I have.
