I made this Happy Jar before we moved in April. I found an empty glass jar at home, decorated it with some masking tapes. (The two at the bottom are from MT, the first one from Maste.) I wrote my happy moments on scrap papers then put them in. When I feel down, I will pick out any random happy moments captured inside to cheer myself up. :D There is even a board for Happiness Jar on Pinterest.

I'm back! I do miss making things so I made a kitty dashboard and mini index tabs for my planner. The dashboard is designed for Filofax personal size and can be printed on A4 paper.

Photos of the new apartment > total madness. We're slowly packed up whats left there and unpacked our things. My side of the office is still messy (the last photo.... -_-; ) since I unpacked and organized Mr.C's side first so he can have space to work. Not much crafting/blogging/drawing happened during the last 2 (?) weeks. Waiting for Mr.C to set up more shelving space in the office, fix the kitchen sink and kitchen cabinet for us to get more organized. I would really ove to get some crafting and projects done next week. Take Care :D

{ We're Moving! }

Been busy working on my booklet assignment that was due on Apr 12th. Then Mr.C and I are moving on Apr 18th to another flat! Not only do we have to pack our stuff, we're also packing the things left from the previous tenant at the new flat that we're moving into. And we only have 1 week to do all these!!!!!!! So it is crazy messy here and we don't expect to have internet back until sometime next week after the Easter Holiday. See you all later :D Gotta go back to packing!! -_-:

{ What I MAde ~ Rubber Stamp 橡皮章 ~ Apr 3, 2014 }

My 30x/30Day Project for March ~ 30 Rubber Stamp/30 Day. I have been wanting to make stickers for my planner and art journal so I drew the designs on a piece of circle label. Took out a few pieces of rubber from Daiso, a cutting knife then started working. 我三月的30x/30Day 項目 ~ 30件橡皮章/30天。我一直想有自己的貼紙貼在手帳和art journal上，所以畫了一些設計，掏出幾塊大創橡膠和美工刀，然後開始工作。

Draw the design with pencil or lead. Transfer the image to a piece of rubber. 用鉛筆或鉛畫出設計，將設計transfer到一塊橡膠上。

Cut the outline of the design. 切出設計的輪廓。

Gradually cut out the details of it. 漸漸切出設計的細節。

Clean the lead with a piece of tape and keep working on the details. 用一塊膠紙清潔橡膠上的鉛，繼續努力切出細節。

Clean the lead again and test out the stamp. Cut the stamp out of the rubber and use it to stamp it anyway you would like. Enjoy! :D 再次清潔橡膠上的鉛。測試切戳出來的橡膠。完成! Enjoy! :D

I love having everything in one place (my planner :D). So I created a finance sheet for my home section of my planner. The idea of this is not my own. I came across it from a random youtube video one day but I didn't catch the name of the person who came up with the original design. (Please comment if you know. ) 我的Aqua Drops 手帳內有筆記，日程安排，工作，家庭和個人部分。每部分有更多的小部分。設置就像Filofax手帳。我在家庭部分增加Finance 內頁用它來記錄收入和支出。我在YouTube看到一張這樣的內頁，但我找不到下載，所以我做了一些修改，並打印自己的。 P.S. The planner page background is white, I don't understand why the pictures above look a bit greyish.. P.S.手帳內頁背景是白色的，我不明白為什麼上面的圖片看起來有點灰灰... ...

Grateful: I learnt and made 3 new dishes within the week. They're Beef, Beans Sprouts with Seasame Sauce, Mixed Peas Veggi Soup and Dumpling with Soup. The first two are delicious! The dumplings not so good, will have to change the ingredients next time.              感恩：我學會了3個新的菜。他們是芝麻醬牛肉，營養雜菜湯和上湯水餃 。前兩個好好吃！餃子不太好，下一次會改它的成分。 Grateful: I finished reading Interworld! I have been lusting for a personal size Filofax for a long time. It is on my wishlist coz it is totally out of my price range... So I'm using an Aqua Drops card holder from LihitLab as a planner/notebook since the paper size is only slightly larger than the Filo personal. I made some planner pages based on the filo personal size refill. It includes: a 30-Day Goal Track List List page 4 index tabs They're set on letter size paper, which is smaller than A4. It will be great if you're using A4 paper and perfect when using letter size. Remember not to "resize" and when printing to retain the personal size.

The white version, the one I'm using right now as shown in the first 2 photos, is available for download from here. The blue version ~ please go to Astine Creation for download.

我垂涎Filofax personal手帳已久。但它完全超過我的價格範圍... 所以我用LihitLab cardholder 作規劃/筆記本, 它紙張尺寸比ff personl稍大。我自己基於ff personl 內頁尺寸做了一些設計。

它包括：

一個30天的目標track list 清單 索引標籤

用A4 / Letter size 紙張打印。記得在打印時保留"尺寸不調整"和以確保 personal 內頁的大小。

I have a few postcards with portraits on them. Never quite know what to do with them since I got them from someone else. Then I dug out my art supplies, found my white uni-ball Signo pen and started to doodle. Here is Einstein~ Going to do a few more and then send them out for swaps. :D

Grateful for the dim sum dinner Mr. C and I had. We're in Tai Wai looking for a new place to eat then we came across a really old dim sum place 裕富小廚 with lots of people inside. We decided to give it a try and it is delicious! Will go back for sure! 感恩: C先生和我在大圍找到一個新的地方吃點心晚飯，裕富小廚, 有好多人，點心好好吃！肯定會回去！ Grateful for the wonderful book InterWorld . Just finished reading it. I love Hue~  感恩: 剛剛讀完 InterWorld 。我愛Hue 〜 Grateful for the pen refills, ink pad, sketchbook and a new book I got from a local bookstore. They were having a 20% off sale for members! I'm happy to say that I broke my rule about not getting a new book coz it is a book that I would love to read. The watercolor kit I mentioned in previous post. I used tube watercolor, empty plastic containers and a metal cigar box to make this kit. I need to be able take out the individual watercolor container out of the metal box, so at first I used double-sided tape and magnetic sheet to stick them together. After that failed, I used hot glue to attach the magnetic sheet. Then it failed as well. At the end I decided to just use glue tack without the magnetic sheet. It works perfectly! I label each individual container with a layer of washi tape and then a layer of plastic tape to protect it against water. (It is a watercolor kit afterall...) Now I can take my watercolor kit out more often and play :D

I have heard about it for a few years but don't think they are available in Hong Kong and it costs a lot to ship to HK... :( .So finally decided to make some of the journal cards on my own.  The ones in the photos are meant to show what they can be used and some of them are different from the download ones. Grateful for the new dishes I learnt to cook. Well Mr. C is even more grateful about this than I am.... :D 感恩 ~ 我學會了做新菜。  Grateful that I have finally finished reading The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. I have not read a good fiction for years mainly because I read more "instructional books" nowadays and that I have long decided to finish reading all the books that I have at home before buying any new books. I will try to get the next two books of the series from a library sometime in 2014. 感恩 ~ 我終於讀完龍紋身的女孩。我沒有讀好的小說多年，主要是因為現在我讀了更多的“instructional 的書”和我很早就決定要看完家裡所有的書，才買的新的。 Grateful for the watercolor kit#2 that I made recently. I put together the 1st kit in 2013 but due to the limited color options available at the local art supplies stores I was not able to get as much colors in the kit as I would like. After reading what some other people do online, I decided to make one using watercolor tubes instead of pre-made pans.
