Little Thing magazine is an absolutely lovely magazine. Fill with lots of interesting articles and beautiful photos. I would love to link them here but their website is completely down!? I would take more photos of it and post them here later on.

Thankful Heart notebook that I'm using as a day planner. Cover is illustrated by artist Qu. 2 books that I got recently. One is about making zakka with beautiful masking tape. The other one is about making herbal remedy. Marks & Spencer X'mas candy. Character illustration by ?? (Sorry I've read from somewhere who this wonderful illustrator is, but lost the link. ) Vivienne Westwood clutch . The clutch is from the Vivienne Westwood and Jessica Code collaboration. (Love love Westwood! I never bought anything from the store coz they're quite pricy for me. )

After reading about how much chemicals are being added to our food, I decided to switch back to having cereal for breakfast. Not only does it taste good, they are also healthy for our body. The food safety issues are big in HK and China. If something taste too good, I would start to wonder what chemicals have been added to it. So for the love of bread and cupcakes, I'm seriously considering making my own bread in the future. Will look into it. Christmas cards are almost ready to be sent out! I Started the Christmas celebration early this year. Look at all the adorable designs!

Mr. C finally let me play with his ipad + the wifi! Lots of fun free apps on the ipad now~~~ (I know I'm really late with this but I only come to the "i-thing" recently. The only other "i-thing" I have is an ipod nano 5... ) Anyway I especially like Labelbox (allows you to make labels for photos), Meeting Box (productivity app), Talking News (the one with Ben and Tom), Japan Life (a cute game with adorable graphics. I still have many others to play with. :D) I think I have posted about the leather bag I made not so long ago but this time I used label box to spice it up. Nice. I have also been watching videos and reading books about time management and GTD alot lately. One of things that really hits me is that I need to set up reward for myself when my daily and weekly todos are all done. I took a photo of all the yummy food I will get to eat as long as I finish off all the items on my list. Will see how it goes.

Mini Mini Hug Card by Greeting Life Inc. A mother of pearl Pandora Charm from Mr. C for my Bday. I got the purple one last year. I wear them with a silver chain. Love the charms from Pandora since it is at a reasonable price range and can be individualized to create unique pieces.

I always tell myself that true happiness should only come from within. From things that I do and from loving myself and others, yet I still feel the guilty pleasure when I get my hands on darling gadgets & adorable paper goods. from left to right

A darling little mp3 player ,YP-U5 QL by Samsung. I already have a small Ipod shuffle but was looking for a voice recorder to record presentations and lectures. So I looked up several models and got this little guy. The voice recording function is not as powerful as a professional voice recorder but it does the job. It comes with 2 GB memory and a direct USB connection that makes loading & charging easier. Other features include: Fitness mode (calories calculation, daily goal record for 8 physical exercises. I don't think the calories calculation is very acturate but that is ok for me.), FM radio, Popcorn (let you create & name a character, like avatar, for the player > note the bear on the mp3 player screen :3) & a Study mode. I only got this for a few weeks but am happy with the performance so far and it is only $360 HK dollars (around $50 US)! Love a bargain! :) Carrie Chau x Octopus card. I mentioned her art exhibition before here. I love her style & creation but didn't purchase any of her works since I'm saving up money for future studies. So when this came out I thought it would probably be the only thing that I'm going to get created by her & I LOVE it! I'm thinking of using the packaging to make a mini journal and earrings?! Will see how that goes. Notebook pack by Chocolate Rain & HK Post. Just adorable paper goods. I placed an order for it and will get it in December. I really don't want to admit it but sometimes money does buy happiness. p.s. I wrote this post on Tuesday but forgot about it until today...

Just love summer with sunlight shinning on various plants creating lovely viberant colours. Even though it is near the end of July, I'm still not half way done with my summer project list. Perhaps I will make them into 2009 list instead... :P

Done my yearly splurge on Sun @ APM. Got a Nico Digi camera, 2 sets of rubber stamps, a nice pen and a Moleskin sketchbook. Have been playing with the digi camera and experimenting with various light setting, going to post photos of it soon. ( I would love to get the Black Bird Fly camera one day, perhaps a gift for myself when I finish my arch study ~~ )

Yummy wudong for a simply weekend meal. A Mini-book I made for Summer 09'. A mini-postcard made for my mini-zine partners. I glued a candy label onto a journal page and posed Mr. Pink Elephant & Ms. Blue Whale for the photo. They're a very cute couple. :) The Chinese translation for Keri Smith 's How to be an Explorer of the World. I was so thrilled when I found this in the bookstore and have to grab it! An adorable rabbit brooch made by my swap partner. Moonlit walk on the beach. ♥ Doulos Book Boat Doulos Book Boat - I love mechanical parts! P.S. Keri's This is not a book is coming out!
